For decades, compliance programs have followed the same cycle: develop policies, develop procedures, find gaps, update the policies, update the procedures, remediate, and finally adopt. The documents are written before anyone knows how the organization actually works, then rewritten every time something changes.
Plinth flips the script. Organizations answer plain-language questions about how they work today. Every answer is scored, so the gaps appear on their own. Each gap gets an owner, a due date and a reminder, and closes when its answer becomes compliant. The policies and procedures are then generated from the answers, so they describe the organization as it is. When an answer changes, the affected policy is updated and sent back for approval, with no rewriting by hand.
Plinth brings the whole compliance program into one place:

- Policies and procedures from answers. Documents are generated from the assessment and approved by electronic signature.
- Compliance calendar. Answers set the recurring duties, such as reviews, tests and reminders, with proof kept for each period alongside the program’s registers and logs.
- Audit-ready records. Evidence, comments, signatures and every change to every answer are kept with who made it and when, and reports are ready for staff, leadership, partners and insurers.
