Kathy has an impressive track record in HR and business operations, having previously served as Director of Human Resources at Catalyst Health Group / StratiFi Health. During her tenure, she led aggressive population growth, supported acquisitions, and oversaw HR department operations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, compliance, and much more.
Throughout her career, Kathy has worked closely with leadership teams to strengthen internal operations and support day-to-day business functions. As a result, she brings a practical, detail-oriented approach that helps organizations operate more efficiently.
Kathy’s background allows her to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution. Rather than focusing solely on systems or reporting, she emphasizes organization, follow-through, and operational clarity.
In her new role, Kathy will support financial operations, internal processes, and administrative functions across the organization. Additionally, she will help ensure consistency, accountability, and clear communication as our consulting continues to grow. She will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial and accounting operations, managing third-party relationships, benefits administration, staffing processes, and more. Her expertise will help 4th Season Consulting continue to deliver exceptional services to our clients and support our mission of enhancing healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
